That is why all our products undergo intensive testing procedures, from simple mechanical functionality tests to technically demanding procedures for PCBs such as Flying Probe or Automated Optical Inspection.

Our commitment to quality and client centricity does not end when a finished product leaves our factory: We offer our clients a comprehensive range of after-sales services to guarantee the greatest possible added value, from stocking and provision of spare parts to professional maintenance and repair services.

Even at the end of the life cycle of our products, our aim is to provide our clients with the best possible support and to work together to find ideal solutions for the greatest possible added value. This includes the retrofitting of hardware as well as updates for software components and, if requested, a complete, supported system migration to more recent builds.

Sometimes long-serving components are no longer compatible with newer builds. Or perhaps they can continue to be used, but require additional or adapted features in order to continue to offer added value. In all of these cases, we support our clients with flexible re-engineering services, from hardware conversions to software adaptations.
