The foundation for almost all of our products are our custom-made printed circuit boards. We offer a wide range of services from development and layout planning to assembly for all types of PCBs, from rigid, rigid-flex and semi-flex to metal-reinforced and ceramic PCBs.

Some challenges and change requests only become clear over the course of the manufacturing process. With our extensive prototyping expertise, we therefore create prototypes of partial components and entire projects on a regular basis as well as on request, enabling our clients to always extensively test their future product if requested.

In demanding fields such as medical technology, sometimes just a few micrometers can make a huge difference to the functionality and safety of specific components. That is why we ensure that our clients can always rely on our comprehensive expertise in micromechanics and electronic microsystems.

Our clients value highest levels of precision – and so do we. In the field of CNC turning and milling, we therefore use state-of-the-art 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines with form and position tolerances down to 0.01 mm. This enables us to process a wide variety of materials for complex prototypes, individual parts and series production, from aluminum alloys to plastics.

PCB assembly is demanding precision work – a task we are more than up to: With many years of experience, state-of-the-art Siplace and Inertec production lines, as well as solder paste printers and nitrogen-based reflow soldering ovens, we are able to meet a wide variety of requirements in this field flexibly and efficiently.

Modern technologies, from vehicles to medical devices, consist of numerous individual components that contribute to the functionality of the overall system with software-supported features such as WiFi or Bluetooth. We can develop and integrate these embedded technologies precisely according to custom client requirements and specifications in all our products.

Crimping, welding, cutting, shrink-fitting, soldering as well as assembly and comprehensive functional and safety tests - in the field of cable assembly, we offer a comprehensive service package for all variants of cables, from single stranded wires and flat ribbon cables to cable harnesses and technically demanding battery cables and high-current connections.

From silicone to PU or PVC: We have many years of extensive experience in procurement management as well as assembly and installation of media-carrying hose systems, hose assemblies and pneumatic hose assemblies for a wide variety of applications in fields such as medical technology, always custom-tailored according to client specifications.

Precise, high-quality solutions require equally high precision and quality during installation to deliver the greatest possible added value. That is why we offer our clients a comprehensive range of installation and fine-tuning services for housings, assemblies and components, as well as various bonding, painting and potting processes.
